• Supporting the creation, expansion, and sustainability of small businesses & local entrepreneurs through financing, training, and market access.

 

• Expand opportunities for workforce development by building workers’ skills, education, and training to meet current and future labor market needs.

 

• Increase access to reliable high-speed internet, particularly in underserved and rural areas, to support workforce operations and education.

 

• Growing Arkansas’s economy by attracting investment, talent, and innovation.
